March 2017 - Lab alumnus Yubin Xie has been offered a PhD position in the Cornell/Weill Cornell/MSKCC Tri-Institutional PhD Program in Computational Biology & Medicine and will start there in July. Congratulations and all the best with this next scientific adventure, Yubin!

March 2017 - Mela is lecturing on Long-term potentiation in Neuroscience 3 at the University of Edinburgh on Friday.

February 2017 - Melanie is back on the International Campus at Zhejiang University from 25 February to 18 March to teach Integrative Biomedical Sciences 1 and Introduction to Cellular and Molecular Biology 1.

January 2017 - Richard is presenting his MSc work on Enactivising Memory at the Neural Control Systems Meeting at 9:30 on Monday, 13.2. in HRB 174.

January 2017 - Melanie is at the Wellcome Trust in London to speak about her CV of Failures

January 2017 - We welcome our two new Honours students Jana Finžgar and Susana Román García to the lab. They will work on computatoinal models of different aspects of synaptic plasticity.

November 2015 - Happy to welcome my new MSc student, who joins from Zhejiang University. Yubin Xie will be working on modelling post-synaptic integration of converging spike trains.

November 2015 - We went to the Meeting of the LERU e-learning working group in Utrecht to talk about our ideas about using learning technologies to support students studying in their second language.

October 2015 - Our poster (H.C. Besche, M.I. Stefan, Y. Liu, R.W. King, A. Sullivan.
